At Masterbros Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
